Interestingly, many neurodivergent people express pain when having their hair cut. This would be a really interesting avenue to explore in relation to my previous works surrounding identity around hair, and the ways in which we understand the world through the exploration of the senses. This could also revolutionise the hair industry for millions of individuals who may feel they lack access to these services due to hypersensitivity.
